Snap Fitness gyms are independently owned, so you cancel with your home gym: call it, email it or visit in person, or use a Click to Cancel option if your gym’s website shows one. Most memberships need 30 days’ notice, and you pay dues for those 30 days, which may mean a prorated final payment. Email is the easiest to prove later, so keep the gym’s reply.

If you mail it, get it postmarked at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Whichever way you cancel, keep the confirmation or your mailing receipt until a statement arrives with no new charge.
Your home club cancels an Anytime Fitness membership, not corporate, and the Membership Agreement you signed there sets the notice period and any fee. Find the club with the Anytime Fitness club locator: its page on anytimefitness.com has a Cancel my membership section with a ready-made request that asks for your full name, phone number and reason. Keep a copy of what you send and ask the club to confirm the cancellation date in writing.
